The Kayla is a durable style in our Professional line. Featuring a stain-repellent coated leather top and superior arch support, The Kayla is a great companion for a long day on your feet. The outsole used on The Kayla is lighter weight than other Alegria shoes, using a slimmer design with breathable leather, this collection is a natural addition to your spring wardrobe. The breathable leather helps regulate temperature and avoid sweating during the hotter points of the year or when the work flow is at its fastest. This can go a long way toward comfort in itself, and the lightweight body reduces fatigue at the end of a long shift that heavier shoes can create. The stain resistance is useful for medical professionals or anyone that might encounter wet floors throughout their work day, and it's handy for when unpleasant weather strikes. Sometimes we think of professional shoes as more about appearance than function, but at Alegria Shoe Shop we say there's no reason your professional footwear can't also be the most comfortable pair you own. Though the footbed offers great support for your feet as-is, it is also removable if you have custom orthotics you'd like to use. While Alegria shoe designs generally work well for all foot shapes and sizes, we do recommend trying your new Kaylas on with your orthotics or custom insoles before going out somewhere that you'll be on your feet for a long time. This ensures a proper fit so you'll experience maximum comfort anywhere your feet take you from there. For leisure and business alike, Alegria shoes will add bounce to your step.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate items or bathing suits.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
